M. Lizelle Salvador, Founding Chair
Marisol Lizelle Salvador founded The John D.V. Salvador Foundation (JDVSF) in remembrance of her eldest brother, John, to support and protect at-risk children. Prior to establishing the Foundation, Lizelle worked as an Associate on Goldman Sachs International’s Credit Derivative Trading Desk in London and previously as an Analyst on Goldman Sachs & Co.’s Loan Syndication and Trading Desk in New York. Her tenure at Goldman Sachs was preceded by a position as a Mergers and Acquisitions Paralegal at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
In her role with the Foundation, Lizelle manages and oversees all administration, fundraising and development—including the efficient and strict disbursement of money donated for JDVSF initiatives—and works to identify and explore new avenues for furthering the JDVSF’s mission.

Carmelita H. Salvador, Founding Director & Vice Chair
Carmelita H. Salvador is a part-time Logistics Consultant for Rustan’s, a chain of luxury department stores in the Philippines. Before officially retiring in 2003, Carmelita worked full-time for Rustan’s from June 1965 to February 2003. She began her career as the first employee and Travel Secretary for Rustan’s Founder, Mrs. Gliceria Tantoco, and rose to become the General Manager of Rustan’s International Trading Corporation, responsible for the logistics of the corporation’s eight subsidiaries. Over the course of her 38 years at the company, Carmelita played an instrumental role in making Rustan’s the successful company it is today.
Carmelita manages the JDVSF’s charitable projects in the Philippines and monitors the onsite planning and development of these initiatives in order to help coordinate the controlled, efficient, and strict disbursement of funds.

Hugo Bänziger, Treasurer
Hugo Banziger is Deutsche Bank's Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Hugo joined Deutsche Bank in 1996 as Head of Credit for Global Markets and was made Head of Credit for the Investment Bank in 1998. In 2000, he became the bank's Chief Credit Officer and in 2004 assumed responsibility for Operational Risk as well. He was promoted to his current position in April 2006. Hugo is also a non-executive director for Eurex, the world's leading exchange for traded options and futures.
In his role with the foundation, Hugo Banziger works tirelessly to promote donations to the foundation and manages the efficient and strict disbursement of these funds toward JDVSF initiatives.

Eunice Cheng Chua, Assistant Director, Development
Eunice Cheng Chua is a mother of three children, a principal in her family-owned printing business, the Artland Printer Enterprises, Inc., in Manila, Philippines, and a Board Treasurer and Outreach Director for the St. Martin de Porres residence in Bulacan. In 2002, Eunice played an active role in helping Father Florentino Concepcion found a soup kitchen for the street children of Manila. When it became clear that the children needed shelter as well, they broadened the mission and founded the St. Martin de Porres residence. Eunice now focuses her efforts mainly on St. Martin’s affairs and administration in Manila, paying weekly visits to the children of St. Martin de Porres.
Eunice assists in managing and overseeing projects at the St. Martin de Porres home on behalf of the JDVSF.

Ellen C. Goodridge, Executive Director, Operations
Ellen C. Goodridge is Executive Director of Product Development at Sony Pictures in Los Angeles. In addition to directing digital video product development and execution, Ellen has gathered extensive experience in the Internet business over the course of a ten-year career based in New York, Connecticut, and Los Angeles. She has created web sites and products for a wide variety of businesses and non-profit foundations, such as General Electric-GE Corporate Financial Services and The Kaiser Family Foundation.
Ellen lends her technical expertise to the management, development, and maintenance of the John D.V. Salvador Foundation and St. Martin de Porres websites.

Marion H. Hart, Executive Director, Communications
Since 2001, Marion H. Hart has launched and produced a variety of communications media for private sector and not-for-profit clients, among them Deutsche Bank and the Fire Department of New York. Previously she worked for over 15 years in the consumer magazine business as an editor-writer for such publications as Entertainment Weekly, The New York Times, TV Guide, and Premiere.
Marion brings her varied publishing experience to further the global communications and outreach efforts of the JDVSF and St. Martin de Porres.

Hayley Callahan, Secretary
Hayley Callahan is an Executive Assistant in the Credit Risk Management division at Deutsche Bank. Since joining the bank in September 2000, Hayley has taken on a wide-range of diverse roles. In addition to her daily responsibilities as Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer of Credit and Operational Risk, she is now a senior organizer and event planner for the many Risk Management conferences held throughout the world. Prior to her employment at Deutsche Bank, Hayley worked for 11 years as an assistant to the Managing Director of a privately owned company.
Hayley brings dedication and excellent organizational skills to the Foundation in order to facilitate communication among the multi-national members of the Foundation's board regarding all development and administrative issues.
